Returns and Exchanges

Despite of our looks we are a small shop who can't afford to hold inventory, therefore all sales are final—that said, if your ring is too small or too little or something arrives broken or doesn't make you feel 100% happy, please contact us at within 15 days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better.  When returns are possible, they will be for shop credit.
Please don't use products before returning them, we reserve the right to issue credit if we think you have.

Custom items and monogrammed items are final sale and not returnable.
We will be happy to exchange faulty pieces and in general will try to help out with any problem you have with them, but please understand we can't exchange pieces that have been mistreated or bent out of shape.
If you are looking to give a present and want to make sure you nail it, let us know and we can issue a gift card code for you to send to your loved one, that way they will be able to pick exactly what they want!
